As these services involve customized work, development effort, consultation, and digital deliverables, payments are subject to the terms below.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made towards:

  • Advance payments
  • Project booking amounts
  • Finetuning & Alignment services
  • Engineering & Development services
  • Maintenance & support services
  • Consultation fees
  • Custom deep learning models or computational runs

are non-refundable once the project work has started.

3. Project Cancellation

We allow the cancellation but no refunds at any cost.

4. Client Delay or Non-Response

  • Delays caused due to lack of communication, missing content, delayed approvals, or non-responsiveness from the client shall not qualify for refunds.
  • Projects inactive for extended periods may be placed on hold or closed at our discretion.

Payments made for third-party services including but not limited to:

  • Domain registration
  • Hosting services (e.g. Lambda Labs, RunPod, AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Plugins or computational API keys (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic)
  • Software licenses
  • Advertising platforms

are non-refundable and subject to the policies of respective third-party providers.

6. Duplicate Transaction Refund

Refunds will be processed only in the following case:

Duplicate Payment

If a customer is charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical or payment gateway issue:

  • The duplicate transaction will be verified.
  • The excess amount will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
